After the mold is made, material and casting method are
selected, production begins. Once the pieces are released
they go to the machine shop. This process can be as simple
as removing fringe or polishing ,to complex CNC machining.
After machining they're off to quality control for finally
inspection and fit & finish. If only one piece or a run of a
thousand the same care and attention to detail goes into
every step from start to finish.
